Product characteristics
1. Good buffering ability to ensure a pH value of 4-5 in the dyeing bath
2. It has a certain degreasing function, and there is no need to add a separate degreasing agent during dyeing
3. Strong dispersibility, helpful for the removal of oligomers
4. Do not use volatile acids that meet the requirements of Oeko tex100
Applicable scope
Mainly recommended for dyeing polyester bobbin yarn and polyester knitted fabric. When applying, only this product needs to be added, without the need for additional acid, degreasing agent, and dispersing leveling agent.
It is recommended to increase the dosage appropriately or pre test its performance when using it for polyester machine weaving.
Application process
Guiding formula: bobbin yarn or knitted fabric: 0.25 g/L; Woven fabric: 0.35-0.50 g/L
According to the difficulty of the fabric and its color, the dosage can be appropriately increased or decreased. It is recommended to increase the dosage appropriately or pre test its performance when using it for polyester machine weaving. Because of the fast speed of woven fabric, it is recommended to add 0.1 g/L defoamer if there is foam.
